By accessing or utilizing the digital infrastructure, custom PHP scripts, API endpoints, or database structures engineered by Krrish Web Solutions, you agree to comprehensively comply with and be bound by the following conditions of service.

1. System Usage & Intellectual Property

All custom web architectures, proprietary source codes, scaling methodologies, and complex relational MySQL database structures deployed by Krrish Web Solutions remain the strict intellectual property of the agency unless an explicit, written transfer of copyright is negotiated and executed. Licenses generated for our SaaS UI kits and Click Fraud Defense nodes are single-domain, non-transferable, and cannot be resold without agency partnership approval.

2. Autonomous Sentinel Responsibilities

Our API Click Fraud Defense matrix autonomously interacts with your connected Google Ads MCC account. By authorizing our security scripts, you explicitly permit Krrish Web Solutions to dynamically calculate risk scores and append network IPs to your campaign negative exclusion lists based on our Threat IQ heuristics. We are not legally liable for incidental ad-delivery fluctuations or drops caused by the accurate mitigation of suspected bot traffic.

3. Project Timelines & Express Delivery

Project deliverables quoted under expedited "Express" timelines (e.g., 24-48 hours) commence the precise moment comprehensive server access (cPanel, FTP, DB credentials) and primary payment milestones are cleared. Any delays caused by third-party hosting failures, DNS propagation times, or client unresponsiveness will autonomously pause the delivery timer.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Refunds

Due to the irreversible nature of custom source coding and the immediate indexing associated with programmatic SEO deployments, all initial investments in Native Web Architecture and Marketing Retainers are strictly non-refundable once the deployment/staging phase has officially initiated. We guarantee a 99.9% uptime strictly on the KWS API Gateway.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal actions relating to these Terms of Service, your deployment, or system failures will be governed exclusively by the laws and courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
